The flange couplings BoWex-ELASTIC are highly flexible couplings combining the benefits of the renowned BoWex system with the elasticity of a highly flexible coupling in a compact design.

Torsional vibrations and shock loads that arise are damped and reduced. The BoWex-ELASTIC flange couplings consist of a highly flexible, circular rubber element made of temperature-resistant natural rubber stressed for torque-to-bore ratio and an axial plug-in BoWex curved-tooth® coupling hub.

KTR SINULASTIC is a modularly structured series of highly flexible flange couplings based on a disk-shaped coupling body. Four practical basic versions with individual properties cover a wide range of applications primarily for diesel engine drives, but also general drive tasks.

By using different elastomer materials, this coupling series can be used in applications of up to + 130°C ambient temperature.

The MONOLASTIC® coupling is a flexible flange coupling enabling compensation of radial and angular displacements with severely low restoring forces through the elastomer part.

As a result this flange coupling is particularly suitable for the drive of hydraulic pumps in single or multiple arrangement. Due to the already mounted and thus one-piece design the MONOLASTIC flange coupling is specifically easy to install.

BoWex FLE-PA and BoWex FLE-PAC are torsionally stiff curved-tooth flange couplings. The material combination of polyamide/steel enables maintenance-free permanent operation with severely beneficial friction coefficients of the teeth.

Subject to their short design these flange couplings are particularly suitable for mounting to I. C.-engines. Our flywheel couplings are also available as a poka-yoke version on request.

For a long service life of the coupling and the drive train the flange coupling is aligned through the centering of the engine flywheel. In addition the driven side should be connected to the engine housing by a pump mounting flange. With small mass moments of inertia on the load side we recommend simplified selection, with large mass moments of inertia we recommend a torsional vibration analysis.
